Laminated Side Glass
The production of laminated auto glass starts with the cutting of different thickness float glass into two plates on the cutting tables.
Screen printing is done on the edges of the glass screen,
The dried glasses are washed and made ready for assembly.
Bonding is performed by placing a high purity polymer layer (polyvinylbutyral) in accordance with automotive standards between two glass plates under clean room conditions.
Three-layer laminate becomes a laminated windshield as a result of autoclaving under high temperature and pressure. The process is completed by visual, optical and quality tests.
